Community Crew
Hello, shwmae, ola, bonjour, Asalaam alaikum, ...
We are the Community Crew. We are working with Miss Varsani to link the school with the local community. We want to make the community proud that Ninian Park Primary School is in their local area.
This year we aim to -
- Create a timetable for all the charities that we want to support this year.
- Organise Children in Need and Red Nose Day
- Ask local businesses to support the school.
- Create posters to advertise fundraising and raise awareness of traffic issues (such as parking and speeding).
- Hold a Community Day.
So far this year we have -
- Held a successful Children in Need Day raising £250.
- Created a timetable for when all the PAGs want to raise money for charity.
- Completed a traffic survey on Sloper Road and Virgil Street.
- Created posters to remind people to drive slowly and park sensibly.
